We offer an extensive studio timetable for all ages and abilities taken by fully qualified and expert instructors. A warm welcome is extended to both members and non members alike.

Our informal and relaxed atmosphere will set you at ease and certainly motivate you to join in the fun ! Our classes are small and personal to provide the extra encouragement and advice you need to achieve you health and fitness goals.

Hips, Bums & Tums

 … arms, legs and much more! Want a toned tum, lifted bum and legs to die for ? Then this is the class for you !

This is an extremely effective work-out targeting those main problem areas using body weight and had weights for quick results… however, please be warned, this class could seriously improve your figure !

Spin Cycle

We have 12 specially designed spin cycles which are arranged in a ring in our studio where we up the temp with dance music and even disco lighting !


This class is a great cardiovascular workout as well as a lot of fun. The class suits beginners and intermediates.

Ladies Time—Ladies Only Circuit Training

The circuit consists of aerobic exercises and toning stretches set out in a studio which are fun and easy to do. Each exercise is for just one minute but with only a 20 second rest whilst you change from one exercise to the next, your work rate will be high getting you the results you want—improved fitness and a toned body. Its for women only but for all ages and levels of fitness and the best part is that the workout only takes 30 minutes so you can fit in in during lunchtime or straight after work.

Running Club

Running is easier with others running with you !

Enjoy sociable group run on an interesting and varied route with our instructor. Open to all abilities and bound to improve your fitness as well as your running. Have fun and exercise outdoors.

Rebounding

A zero impact aerobic exercise without any strain on your joints. This class will build strength, stamina, agility and all round fitness as well as developing co-ordination and balance

Quoted by NASA to be “the most efficient and effective exercise yet to be devised by man”  - Enough said !!

 

 

 

 

Fitball

A fun and challenging class using the fitballs. Concentrating on core stability and abdominal strength this is a class that will benefit everyone from from those wanting to work “problem areas” to athletes looking for that extra bit of power.

STEP

Aerobics but with a step!

Aerobic exercises transferred and adapted for the step box – working on, over and around the step.  The class includes a toning session using the step, weights, resistance bands or your own body weight and finishes with an all over body stretch and cool down.
