1. HEALTH SCREENING
We will test your current level of fitness by completing a Body Stat report which looks at key indicators of your body's performance. We do this before you start on your exercise programme and also during it over time so we and you can see how they are improving
2. GYM INDUCTION
Exercising can be counter-productive and even dangerous if not done properly. We will make sure that you exercise in a safe way and know exactly how to use the equipment properly by giving you a one-to-one session with a qualified instructor who will explain how the equipment works and how you should use it safely but also how to get the best from it.
3. PERSONAL EXERCISE PROGRAMME
Following your induction we will discuss with you what you want to achieve from visiting the Club and devise an exercise programme tailored specifically for you to achieve those goals. The programme will clearly set out which machines and what settings/levels to use as well as provide a record of each time you complete your programme.
The programme will be regularly reviewed and changed as you improve to make sure you stay motivated and challenged every time you visit the Club.
4. PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer one-to-one training sessions with our qualified instructors who will give you that bit extra motivation and advice. Sessions can be booked either individually or as a block but do attract an extra charge.
5. MASSAGE & SPORTS THERAPY
We have a dedicated treatment room and offer a range of massage and sports therapy techniques to help you relax and de-stress as well as sooth any aches or pains which you may have.
6. NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS
To maintain a healthy lifestyle, not only is exercise important but so is your diet. We offer Free Nutritional Consultations to supplement your training programme where we can discuss your current diet and advise if you should consider any changes. We are not here to judge, only to help!
